1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, enrolling in our painting courses, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or enroll in our courses.

2. Course Enrollment and Payment

2.1 Registration

To enroll in our painting courses, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.2 Payment Terms

All course fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the course unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without prior notice.

2.3 Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before the course start date: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date: No refund
• No refunds will be issued after the course has commenced

3. Course Attendance and Participation

3.1 Attendance Requirements

Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes. If you are unable to attend a class, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Makeup classes may be available subject to availability and at our discretion.

3.2 Code of Conduct

All students must conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner. We reserve the right to remove any student who engages in disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

3.3 Materials and Equipment

Unless otherwise specified, all necessary painting materials and equipment will be provided during the course. Students are welcome to bring their own materials if preferred. Fafime is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Course Materials

All course materials, including but not limited to instructional content, videos, handouts, and artwork examples, are the intellectual property of Fafime and are protected by copyright laws. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any course materials without prior written consent.

4.2 Student Artwork

Students retain ownership of artwork created during our courses. However, by enrolling in our courses, you grant Fafime a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to photograph and use images of your artwork for promotional and marketing purposes, including on our website and social media channels.

5. Limitation of Liability

Fafime, its instructors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or participation in our courses. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or loss of data.

While we strive to provide high-quality instruction, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or skill improvements. Individual results may vary based on effort, practice, and natural ability.

6. Course Modifications and Cancellations

Fafime reserves the right to modify course schedules, content, or instructors, or to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of course cancellation by Fafime, students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available course.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. Our collection, use, and storage of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable data protection laws including GDPR. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Photography and Recording

Fafime may photograph or video record classes for promotional, educational, or quality assurance purposes. By enrolling in our courses, you consent to being photographed or recorded. If you do not wish to be included in such materials, please notify us in writing at [email protected].

9. Health and Safety

Students must inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or disabilities that may affect their participation in courses. We will make reasonable accommodations where possible. Students participate in courses at their own risk and should ensure they have appropriate insurance coverage.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Fafime reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
